摘要
随着医院后勤改革的推进,医院后勤团队的管理逐步开始发生变化,这对支撑医院后勤工作的医院后勤文化建设也提出了新的要求。应对新形势,医院管理者应当与时俱新,转变思路,运用科学的管理方法,探索、研究建设与当下后勤管理相匹配的医院后勤文化。
With the advancement of hospital logistics reform, the management of the hospital logistics team has gradually begun to change, which also puts forward new requirements for the hospital logistics culture construction that supports the hospital logistics work. In response to the new situation, hospital managers should keep pace with the times, change their thinking, and use scientific management methods to explore and research the construction of hospital logistics culture that matches the current logistics management.
