PDCA循环在神经内科新护士预见性能力培训中的作用分析

Analysis of the Role of PDCA Cycle in the Training of New Nurses' Predictive Ability in Neurology

目的探讨PDCA循环在神经内科新护士预见性能力培训中的作用。方法选取该院神经内科新护士70名,随机分为对照组(36名)与观察组(34名),进行为期10个月的培训,对照组护士采用普通管理模式,观察组采用PDCA循环管理模式。观察并比较两组护士培训前后预见性能力考核成绩差异及认可度差异。结果经过培训,两组护士的专科理论知识、操作技能、预见性能力考核成绩均比培训前有所提高,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);带教老师对观察组护士认可度(94.1%)显著高于对照组(75.0%),两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用PDCA循环管理模式可以有效提高神经内科新护士预见性能力,提升护理工作质量,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate the role of PDCA cycle in the training of new nurses＇ predictive ability in neurology. Methods 70 new nurses in the department of neurology were randomly divided into the control group （36 cases） and the observation group （34 cases） for a 10-month training. The nurses in the control group adopted the general management mode, and the observation group used the PDCA cycle management mode. Observe and compare the differences in the performance of the pre-existing ability assessment between the two groups of nurses before and after training and the difference in recognition. Results After training, the nurses＇ theoretical knowledge, operational skills, and predictive ability assessment scores of the two groups of nurses were improved compared with those before the training. The difference between the two groups was significant （P〈0.05）; the teacher＇s recognition of the observation group nurses （94.1%） was significantly higher than the control group （75.0%）, and the difference between the two groups was significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The PDCA cycle management mode can effectively improve the predictive ability of new nurses in neurology department and improve the quality of nursing work. It is worthy of clinical application.
