精细化护理管理对提高神经内科护理质量的效果

Effect of Refined Nursing Management on Improving the Quality of Neurology Nursing

目的观察精细化护理管理在神经内科护理中的临床效果。方法将2015年5月年5月收治的80例神经内科患者分作实验组与对照组,每组40例。对照组采用常规护理干预;实验组在对照组的基础上采用精细化护理管理;对比两组患者护理质量以及护理满意度。结果实验组患者在意外事件发生率、并发症发生率、基础护理合格率、护理文书书写合格率以及一级以上护理合格率中均优于对照组;且实验组患者对于护理工作的满意度远高于对照组;两组之间差异有统计学意义。结论精细化护理管理在神经内科患者中具有良好的临床效果,能够有效提高神经内科患者的护理质量,值得推广。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of refined nursing management in neurology nursing. Methods 80 patients with neurology admitted from May 2015 to May 2017 were divided into experimental group and control group, 40 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing intervention; the experimental group used refined nursing management on the basis of the control group; the nursing quality and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared. Results The patients in the experimental group were superior to the control group in the incidence of accidents, the incidence of complications, the rate of basic nursing care, the pass rate of nursing documents, and the pass rate of care at the first level or above; and the satisfaction of the patients in the experimental group were much higher than the control group; the difference between the two groups was significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Fine nursing management has a good clinical effect in neurology patients, which can effectively improve the quality of care of neurology patients, and it is worth promoting.
