摘要
医学职业教育的终极归宿在于促进医学生生命的发展和完善,从而在医疗工作中优质的体现出来。由于医疗工作者职业素养缺失引发了部分医患不和谐的现象,严重的甚至危及个体生命的存在和发展。该文探讨医学生职业素养缺失的原因并提出积极的培育策略。
The ultimate goal of medical vocational education is to promote the development and improvement of medical students' life, so as to reflect the high quality in medical work. Due to the lack of occupational literacy of medical workers, some doctors and patients are not harmonious, which seriously endangers the existence and development of individual life. To explore the reasons for the lack of occupational literacy of medical students and to propose positive cultivation strategies .
