摘要
目的探索将ESA教学理论应用在高职学生《健康评估》课程中的效果。方法选取该校高职护理专业2017级两个班为对象,将高职护理3班学生设为实验组,共52名,高职护理5班学生设为对照组,共53名。对照组采用"教学做一体化"教学模式进行教学。实验组在"教学做一体化"模式的基础上引入ESA模式的运用。综合评价两组学生教学效果。结果实验组学生的理论考试成绩、操作考试成绩以及学生对教学方法的效果评价得分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 ESA理论结合"教学做一体化"教学模式有助于提高高职护理学生的理论和操作能力。
Objective To explore the effect of applying ESA teaching themT in the course of "Health Assessment" for higher vocational students. Methods The two classes of higher vocational nursing of 2017 were selected as the research target. The three classes of vocational nursing students were set as experimental group, a total of 52 students, and the five classes of higher vocational nursing were set as the control group, with a total of 53 students. The control group used the "teaching integration" teaching mode for teaching. The experimental group introduced the use of the ESA model based on the "teaching integration" model. Comprehensive evaluation of the teaching effect of the two groups of students. Results The scores of theoretical test scores, operational test scores and students" evaluation of teaching methods in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05). Conclusion ESA theory combined with the "teaching integration" teaching model can help improve the theoretical and operational ability of nursing students in higher vocational education.
