摘要
"双师型"教师是现代各大高校高需求的师资力量,加强"双师型"教师队伍建设不仅是促进高职教育可持续发展的根本保证,也是关系到高职教育深化教育体制改革的根本动力。该文就医学类高职院校"双师型"教师培养过程中产生的问题进行探究,找出阻碍"双师型"教师发展的根源问题,并提出相应对策思路。
"Double Qualification" teachers are the teachers with high demand in modern colleges and universities. Strengthening the construction of "Double Qualification" teachers is not only a fundamental guarantee for promoting the sustainable development of higher vocational education, but also the fundamental driving force for reforming a deepening education system for higher vocational education. This paper explores the problems arising fi'om the training of "Double Qualification" teachers in medical vocational colleges, finds the root causes that hinder the development of "Double Qualification" teachers, and proposes corresponding countermeasures.
