摘要
目的:探讨培训者培训(train-the-trainer,TTT)模式在提高低年资护士健康教育能力中的应用效果。方法:采用TTT模式对12名低年资护士进行有关健康教育能力的培训,培训后培训者对患者进行3个月的健康教育后,应用质性研究对12名经历了TTT的护士进行深入访谈和观察,将资料用现象学分析法进行分析。结果:通过反复阅读、分析、反思、分类,提炼出4个主题:健康教育认识的提高、理论联系实际、自我效能感增强及融洽了护患关系。结论:TTT模式是一种可行、有效地提高低年资护士健康教育能力的方法,有助于低年资护士的成长和护理质量的提高。
Objective: To investigate the application effects of train-the-trainer (TTT)model in improving the health education ability of junior nurses. Methods: A total of 12 junior nurses were trained in health education ability using the TTT model. After the training, these junior nurses conducted 3 months of health education on the patients. And then, in-depth interviews and observations were conducted on these nurses using qualitative study, and the data were analyzed by phenomenological analysis. Results: Four subjects were extracted through repeated reading, analysis, reflection and classification. They were the improvement of health education awareness, linking theory with practice, the improvement of self-efficacy, the improvement of nurses-patients relationship. Conclusion: Then TTT model is an effective method to improve the health education ability of junior nurses, which can improve the nursing quality.
