摘要
目的探讨血清白介素6(IL-6)、高敏C-反应蛋白(hs-CRP)和肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)水平在急性心肌梗死患者中的表达及相关性。方法急性心肌梗死患者50例作为研究对象(研究组),另随机选取正常人50例作为对照组;测定2组患者体内血清IL-6、hs-CRP和TNF-α水平,并对三者相关性进行分析。结果研究组患者血清hs-CRP、TNF-α、IL-6水平均高于对照组正常人血清水平(P <0. 05);不同年龄、不同性别的患者血清hs-CRP、TNF-α、IL-6水平差异无统计学意义(P> 0. 05);吸烟患者血清hs-CRP、TNF-α、IL-6水平高于不吸烟患者(P <0. 05);合并有糖尿病患者血清hs-CRP、TNF-α、IL-6水平高于未患有糖尿病患者(P <0. 05);心功能分级越高,患者血清hs-CRP、TNF-α、IL-6水平越高,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05); hs-CRP、TNF-α之间,TNF-α、IL-6之间,hs-CRP、IL-6之间均有相关性。结论急性心肌梗死会使患者体内血清hs-CRP、TNF-α、IL-6水平增加,三者间具有一定的相关性,临床诊断中可以依据患者血清hs-CRP、TNF-α和IL-6水平判断患者患病程度,具有较高的应用价值。
Objective To explore the expression and correlation of serum levels of interleukin 6 (IL-6), high-sensitivity-C-reactive protein (hs-CRP) and tumor necrosis factor (TNF-α) in patients with acute myocardial infarction (AMI). Methods Fifty patients with AMI who were treated in our hospital from January 2015 to January 2017 were enrolled as research group,and the other 50 healthy subjects were enrolled as control group. The serum levels of IL-6,hs-CRP and TNF-α were detected and compared between two groups. Results The serum levels of hs-CRP,TNF-α and IL-6 in research group were significantly higher than those in control group (P 〈 0.05 ) , however, there were no significant differences in the levels of hs-CRP,TNF-α and IL-6 in patients with different ages and genders (P 〉 0.05). The serum levels of hs-CRP,TNF-α,IL-6 in patients with smoking were significantly higher than those of patients without smoking,moreover, the serum levels of hs-CRP, TNF-α and IL-6 in patients complicated by diabetes mellitus were significantly higher than those of patients without diabetes mellitus. The higher the cardiac functional grading was, the higher levels of hs-CRP ,TNF-α, IL-6 were ( P 〈 0.05 ). In addition there was a close correlation among hs-CRP,TNF-α and IL-6 each other. Conclusion The serum levels of hs-CRP,TNF-α, IL-6 in patients with AMI are increased, moreover, there is a close correlation among hs-CRP,TNF-α and IL-6 each other. It is possible to evaluate the severity of disease according to the levels of hs-CRP, TNF-α and IL-6, thus, which is of great importance in clinical practice.
