摘要
目的探讨2型糖尿病脑梗死患者血尿酸(SUA)水平变化的意义。方法选取2型糖尿病患者109例,年龄39~65岁,平均年龄(45. 44±9. 93)岁。分为糖尿病脑梗死组56例,年龄39~65岁,平均年龄(46. 98±10. 71)岁,作为试验组;糖尿病非脑梗死组53例,年龄39~64岁,平均(44. 22±9. 43)岁,作为对照组。收集入选患者相关资料,包括年龄、体重、腰围、血压(收缩压、舒张压)、既往病史(有、无);检测空腹SUA、空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后2 h血糖(P2hBG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)、三酰甘油(TG)、胆固醇(CHO)、低密度胆固醇(LDL-C)、高密度胆固醇(HDLC)。结果试验组高血压患者比例,SUA、腰围(C)、FPG、2 h BG,HbA1c均高于对照组(P <0. 05); Logistic回归分析说明SUA水平与2型糖尿病患者的急性脑梗死发生呈正相关(P <0. 05)。结论 SUA水平是2型糖尿病患者急性脑梗死发生的独立危险因素之一。
Objective To investigate the relationship between the levels of serum uric acid (SUA) and cerebral infarction in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM). Methods A total of 109 patients with T2MD aged 39 - 65 years,average age: (45.44 ± 9.93) years were enrolled in the study. These patients were divided into experimental group including 56 patients with acute cerebral ilffaretion and control group including 53 patients with T2MD without cerebral infaretion. The relevant data of patients,including age,weight,waist eireunfferenee, blood pressure ( systolic pressure, diastolic blood pressure) ,past medical history and the levels of fasting blood uric acid (SUA) ,fasting blood lipid,fasting blood glucose (FPG),glycosylated hemoglobin (HbAlc) were observed and compared between two grousp. Results The proportion of hypertension,SUA levels, waist eircunfferenee, FPG, 2h blood glucose (P2hBG), and HbAle in experimental group were significantly higher than those in control group ( P 〈 0.05 ). Logistic regression results showed that serum uric acid levels were positively correlated with incidence of acute cerebral infarction in patients with type 2 diabetes (B = 0. 437,SE = 0. 132, OR = 1. 062 - 1. 965 ). Conclusion The serum uric acid level is one of the risk factors of incidence of acute cerebral infarction in patients with type 2 diabetic pmienls.
