艾滋病母婴阻断实施中的心理护理干预

Psychological nursing intervention strategy in blocking the vertical transmission of AIDS from mother to infant

目的探讨艾滋病母婴阻断实施中的心理护理干预策略的方法及效果。方法 2011年6月至2014年5月收治的80例艾滋病毒感染者孕产妇作为研究对象,在进行垂直传播阻断工作基础上对孕产妇进行怀孕分娩前、分娩后全面有效心理护理干预和健康宣教,并且进行焦虑自评量表、抑郁自评量表及住院患者满意程度问卷调查表的评定。结果本研究中72例艾滋病病毒感染产妇的婴儿得到连续随访,随访时间15～36个月,平均(18. 7±4. 9)个月,艾滋病病毒血清连续检测结果均为阴性,均未发生母婴垂直传播感染,成功获得垂直传播阻断。通过心理护理干预使得患者焦虑自评量表、抑郁自评量表评分结果得到明显进步(P <0. 05)。结论正确有效的心理护理干预措施成为实现孕妇母婴垂直传播阻断的重要环节,值得大力推广。

Objective To explore the methods and vertical transmission of AIDS from mother to infant. Methods efficacy of psychological nursing intervention in blocking the Eighty pregnant women with HIV infection who were admitted and treated in our hospital from June 2011 to May 2014 were enrolled as research objects. Psychological intervention and health education were performed before and after delivery, on the basis of blocking the vertical transnfission of AIDS from mother to infant. Moreover, self-rating anxiety scale, self-rating depression scale and satisfaction questionnaire were used to evaluate the degree of anxiety and depression as well as the satisfaction degree of the patients. In addition, seventytwo infants were followed up for 15 - 36 months, with an average follow up of （ 18.7 ± 4.9） month. Results The results of the continuous detection of HIV/AIDS virus were negative and no vertical transnfission of AIDS from mother to infant was found. The scores of self-rating anxiety scale and self-rating depression scale were significantly improved through psychological nursing intervention （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion The correct and effective psychological nursing intervention measure is an important link in blocking the vertical transmission of AIDS from mother to infant, it is worthy of promotion in clinical practice.
