危机情景下政府危机信息的释放模式与策略研究

Study on the Models of the Government Releasing Information in the Crisis Situation

危机事件发生后，政府的信息释放模式方面有较大差异。有的是逐步释放式，有的是急速倾泻式。信息释放模式的差异会导致公众对事件反应过度或反应不足。本文提出：危机状态下，在准确及时地传递相关危机信息的同时，还要尽量避免因信息释放模式不科学给公众造成不必要的负面影响。构建基于公众需求的危机信息整合释放模式对于提高危机信息释放的科学性、准确性和有效性具有重要意义。

The models of the government releasing information appear quite difference after a crisis happened. Some of them are slow-release models, and some are quick-release models. Crisis release models affect the public perception on crises. The government should avoid the negative effect on the public due to the incorrect information release models while the crisis information is released timely and correctly. It is very necessary to build an integrated crisis information model based on the public need, which can significantly improve the effect and efficiency of the crisis release.
