摘要 随着互联网设备的快速发展,全球的数据量正以惊人的速度增长,对当今和未来的科技、经济发展以及社会生产、生活带来重大影响。焊接是工业生产的一种关键工艺,焊接设备的智能控制和数据记录更是国内外焊接专业科研工作者的研究热点。随着工业4.0时代的到来,开发智能化的焊接参数采集终端、利用网络技术实时传输焊接过程参数,并通过大数据分析手段,建立基于焊接设备的实时监测与数据分析系统,实现对焊接作业的全过程监控与分析,对工程项目焊接设备运行数据进行分析,精确掌握焊接资源投入、精确把控焊接人工时、提高焊接工效、提升项目管理水平,对于提升企业经济效益具有较高的价值。 With the rapid development of internet equipment has led to a dramatic increase in the global data volume,which has a great impact on the development of science and technology,economy,social production and life in the future and in the future. Welding is a key process in industrial production. Intelligent control and data recording of welding equipment is a research hotspot of welding professional researchers at home and abroad. With the arrival of industrial 4.0,intelligent welding parameter collection terminal is developed,and network technology is used to transmit welding parameters in real time. By means of large data analysis,a real-time monitoring and data analysis system based on welding equipment is established to realize the monitoring and analysis of the whole process of the welding operation and welding of the project. The operation data of the equipment is analyzed,the input of the welding resources,the precision welding time,the welding efficiency and the management level of the project are improved,which has high value for the promotion of the economic benefit of the enterprise.
