摘要
目的分析我国妇幼保健机构卫生技术人员在2009—2016年间结构变化,并预测其发展趋势。方法对我国妇幼保健机构卫生技术人员构成进行描述性分析,运用GM(1,1)模型进行分析预测。结果 2009—2016年,我国妇幼保健机构卫生技术人员数量从191 801人增加至320 748人,预计到2020年将增至430 225人。人员构成方面,人员类别构成上护士和技师(士)的年度构成比上升;学历构成上大专及以上学历的年度构成比上升;年龄构成上,25岁以下、25~34岁和60岁以上组的年度构成比有所上升;技术职称构成上,高级和士级职称的年度构成比有所上升。结论我国妇幼保健机构卫生技术人员虽然在人员类别、学历和职称上有一定程度提升,但仍缺乏高学历和高职称人才,应继续加强继续教育培训投入和引进高层次人才,提高妇幼卫生队伍人员的质量。
OBJECTIVE To analyze the composition changes of health professionals in China’s maternal and child health(MCH)organizationduring the past 2009-2016 years, as well as forecast its development tendency. METHODSDD escriptive analysis was used to describethe composition of health professionals in China’s MCH organization, and the GM(1,1)model was applied to predict its developmenttendency. RESULTS During the past 2009-2016 years, the number of health professionals in China’s MCH organization has increasedfrom 191 801 to 320 748. It was expected to increase to 430 225 by 2020. In terms of personnel composition, the annual constituent ratio ofnurses and technicians has risen. As for the educational background, the annual constituent ratio of junior college and above education increased.In addition, the annual constituent ratio has increased under the age of 25, 25~34 and over 60 years old. On the professional titles,the annual constituent ratio of the senior and below-junior titles had also risen. CONCLUSION Although the health professionals in China's MCH organization had a certain degree of improvement in the personnel composition, educational background and professional titles,there were still lack of the high education and professional titles. Hence, it should continue to strengthen the investment of continuingeducation and introduce high-level personnels in order to improve the quality of MCH professionals.
