OBJECTIVE The results of HBV serology and nucleic acid detection were analyzed in the blood samples of the voluntary counselingand testing department of the infectious disease department. METHODS 2 000 blood samples were collected from the voluntarycounselling and inspector of the infectious family, and the ELISA reagents of 2 different types of manufacturers were used to detect the surfaceantigen of hepatitis B. The 2 reagents were tested using a single human NAT to test the HB-DNA. When the 2 reagents were negativeor the single reagent was positive, the 6 people were carried out. Mixed sample detection, if the mixture is positive, the single person splittest is carried out, and the detection rate of the 2 detection methods is compared. RESULTS Nucleic acid tests and serological tests were allnegative in 1891 copies; nucleic acid and serology were tested positive for a total of 53 specimens; serological tests were positive and nucleicacid tests were negative in 43; serological tests were negative and nucleic acid tests were positive for 13 copies. The double reagents ofHBsAg were all positive, 93 were positive, 52 were positive for HBV-DNA, and 55.91% and 33.33% for HBsAg and HBV-DNA respectively.CONCLUSION In the examination of medical examination, health examination, blood transfusion and other related infectious diseases, the combined detection of serology and nucleic acid two can effectively improve the detection accuracy, reduce the leakage rate, and thelack of any kind of detection method would lead to the risk of blood leak detection.
