以家庭为中心的健康教育对儿童呼吸道传染病患儿家长隔离依从性的影响研究

Study on the Effect of Family Centered Health Education on the Isolation and Compliance of Children with respiratory infectious Diseases in Children

目的探究以家庭为中心的健康教育对儿童呼吸道传染病患儿家长隔离依从性的影响。方法选择2016年1月—2017年10月郑州大学附属儿童医院儿科收治的106例呼吸道传染病患儿,通过奇偶法将其平均分为对照组(n=53)与观察组(n=53),予以对照组患儿常规健康教育,予以观察组患儿以家庭为中心的健康教育,对比两组患儿与患儿家属的隔离依从性。结果观察组患儿的隔离意识、隔离要求、隔离种类和家长隔离执行措施的有效性明显高于对照组,组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论以家庭为中心的健康教育能够有效降低患儿因隔离不到位发生感染的几率,提高患儿及患儿家属的隔离依从性,利于患儿康复。

OBJECTIVE To explore the effect of family centered health education on the isolation and compliance of children with respiratory infectious diseases in children. METHODS 106 children with respiratory infectious diseases treated in pediatrics of target hospital from January 2016 to October 2017 to selected, through parity method were divided into control group(n=53)and observation group(n=53), The control group was given routine health education, and the family centered health education in the observation group was performed. The isolation compliance between the two groups of children and their families was compared. RESULTS The isolation consciousness, isolation requirements, isolation types and parental isolation implementation measures in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group, and there was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05). CONCLUSION The family centered health education can effectively reduce the probability of infection due to isolated isolation and improve the isolation compliance of children and their families, which is conducive to the rehabilitation of children.
