妊娠期糖尿病患者血清Betatrophin含量检测及其与机体糖脂代谢紊乱的相关关系

Detection of serum Betatrophin in gestational diabetes mellitus patients and its correlation with glucose and lipid metabolism disorders

目的:检测妊娠期糖尿病(GDM)患者血清Betatrophin含量,探讨Betatrophin含量与机体糖脂代谢紊乱的相关关系。方法:选择在本院建卡并确诊为GDM的孕妇119例作为GDM组,同期在本院建卡的血糖正常孕妇100例作为正常对照组。对比两组孕妇血清中Betatrophin含量、外周血中糖代谢指标及脂质代谢指标水平的差异,采用Pearson检验评估GDM孕妇血清Betatrophin含量与糖脂代谢紊乱的相关关系。结果:GDM组孕妇血清中Betatrophin的含量显著高于正常对照组孕妇;外周血中糖代谢指标糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)、空腹胰岛素(FINS)、胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR)的水平均显著高于正常对照组孕妇;外周血中脂质代谢指标总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)、载脂蛋白B(Apo-B)的含量高于正常对照组孕妇,高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)、载脂蛋白A1(Apo-A1)的含量低于正常对照组孕妇(P<0.05)。相关性分析显示,GDM孕妇血清中Betatrophin含量与机体糖脂代谢紊乱程度呈正相关。结论:GDM孕妇存在异常高表达的Betatrophin,可能是促进机体糖脂代谢紊乱的重要因素。

Objective： To detect the serum Betatrophin level in patients with gestational diabetes mellitus （GDM）, and to explore the relationship between Betatrophin level and disorders of glucose and lipid metabolism. Methods： A total of 119 cases of GDM women in our hospital during August 2015 to March 2018 were selected as GDM group, while 100 cases of pregnant women with normal blood glucose were chosen as Normal control group. Serum levels of Betatrophin, glucose metabolism and lipid metabolism between two groups were compared. Pearson test was used to evaluate the relationship between Betatrophin and disorders of glucose and lipid metabolism in GDM pregnant women. Results： Serum content of Betatrophin in GDM group was significantly higher than that in Normal control group, levels of HbA1c, FINS and HOMA-IR in peripheral blood were significantly higher than those in Normal control group; Contents of TC, LDL-C and Apo-B in peripheral blood were higher than those in Normal control group, contents of HDL-C, Apo-A1 were lower than those in Normal control group（ P 〈0.05）. Correlation analysis showed that serum level of Betatrophin in GDM pregnant women was positively correlated with the disorder of glucose and lipid metabolism. Conclusion： Abnormally high expression of Betatrophin in GDM pregnant women may be an important factor in promoting disorder of glucose and lipid metabolism.
