浅谈单件小批生产企业产品策略

摘要 单小企业足指在产品生产组织上具有单件或小批特点的企业。此类企业在我国为数不少。随着我国经济体制改革的深入,社会主义市场经济的发展,不少单小企业的经营遇到了各种各样的问题和田难。单小企业如何利用自身的特点求生存,求发展,已受到当今学者和企业界人士的关注。本文以连云港纺织机械厂为例,分析了单件小批生产企业的产品特点,并就该类企业如何制订产品组合策略,搞好产品开发及服务等问题做了探讨。 There are many Single-little Enterprises in our country, the products of which are single or little batch process in production With the development of the socialist market economy and the reform of the economic system, they are facing with various difficulties in operation How to go on living and growing with their superiority has been a vital problem that draws scholars and managers attention This paper taking Lianyungang Textile Mechanical Factory for ecample, analyses the product characteristics of Single-little enterprises and discusses how to develop the Product-mix tactics,new-product exploration and service.
