摘要
设有失效率分别为λ_i(未知i=1,2,…n)的n个指数寿命型元件组成的串联系统;又设此系统中的每个元件有随机定时截尾寿命试验数据。基于元件的试验数据,给出了用修正的LP排序法计算此串联系统可靠性的置信下限的公式。
Let A be a series system consisting of n exponential-span type components with failure rate λi respectively (7 = 1,2,…, n). Assume that every component in the system has testing data of random fixed time . In this paper, we obtain the classical exact lower confidence limit of reliability for the series system A.
