推广地面数字化测图的问题与对策

Problems and Countermeasures for Promotion of Terrestrial Numerical surveying

为实现“98年向社会提供地理信息产品”的目标,首先应实现地面测图数字化,但推广地面数字化测图有三重困难。本文对此进行了认真地分析,并提出了解决这些问题的有效办法。

In order to realize the target of "Providing society with the products of geographical information by the year of 98", it is the first to realize the terrestrial numeral surveying . But there are three problems to be solved so as to promote the terrestrial numerical surveying . This paper analyses this seriously, and puts forward some solutions for them.
