摘要
根据实践经验,结合部分资料,阐述了健美训练的基本知识,介绍了适合大众健美训练的方法和注意事项。在健美训练过程中,应注意调剂饮食,补充营养,消除疲劳,恢复体力。
According to the experiences this paper elaberates and combining some references, the basic knowledge of the body - building training , puts forward some useful training methods and points for attention to the public, In the course of training , the following points should be kept in mind; adjusting the diet, Supplementing the nutrition, removing the fatigue, recovering the physical strength.
