改革开放的新形势对外语教学提出了新的要求。迫使我们加大改革力度,注重能力培养,提高教学质量。通过积极参与全国四级英语考试,加大训练力度,实行包班制等培养措施,使学生的英语听、说、读、写能力都有明显提高。

The new situation has posed new requirements on English teaching. We have to deepen our teaching reforms, pay more attention to the cultivation of students’ English ability and improve our teaching quality. By taking an active part in CET4, strengthening training, trying out the responsibility system of teaching and imptementing training measures, etc. , the students ability of listening, speaking, reading and writing has greatly improved .
