Taking the CBE/DACUM (Competency Based Education / Develop A Curriculum) for reference, thia paper puts forword fee approach of determining college educational objectives, studies developing the theory-education contents of architectural construction and management speciality, cultivating the professional abilities, and the system of training talent by college-enterprise cooperation, and decides the objective pattern and curriculum system of educating the specislized talent.
