摘要
曲面型腔的加工一直是数控技术和CAD/CAM的主要应用和研究对象.本文讨论了曲面到腔精加工常用方法的特点及适用场合.对其中的平截面法和投影法作了较为细致的分析.并介绍了一种新方法——直接插补加工法.
Maching of cured caviry is always the main object to apply and study of numerical control technology and CAD/ CAM. This paper discusses the features and applying occasions of curved cavity maching methods. gives a comperatively detailed analysis to plane cross section method and projection method and introduces a new method of direct-interpolate maching.
