将口译过程概括为信息捕捉、话语理解、速效记忆、双语构思和语言转换5个几乎同步发生彼此不可分割的环节．译员在这一过程中既是被动者，又是主动者．
interpretation process is hereby generalized as 5consecutive links:information grasping source languagecomprehension,rapid and effectivc memory, bilingualconception and transference and delivery in the targetlangtiage.An interpreter plays both passive and positiverole in the course of interpretation.
