分析了新形势下，高校图书馆读者队伍结构、读者阅读需求变化的情况，并探讨了进一步做好读者工作应解决的问题．
This paper analyses, under the new situatio, theconstituent of readers of libraries and their readingrequirements.Also,several problems on how to accomplishthe work for readers of libranes are being discussed.
