摘要
课余中长跑训练运动量较大,内容单调、枯燥.学生易产生厌烦情绪,因此训练有一定难度.应将专项训练与身体素质训练相结合,采用趣味训练法进行训练;从动机、情感、意志、品质等方面优化运动员的心理素质,提高训练效果.
Long-medium distance running after class, thesports quantity is bigger and the content is duller anddner.Students are sick of it. Therefore,the training ismore difficult.Toraise the training efficience,it is helpful,combining the special tratning with body quality training,adopting interesting training method, and optimizingpsychological quality of sportsmen from intention,emotion,will,character and so on.
