羽毛水解技术初探

A preliminary Study on the Technology of Feather Hydrolysis

摘要 采用低压与稀酸相结合的方法,对羽毛蛋白质进行水解,结果表明:在压力为1.5kg/cm^2、4%HCl、浴比(羽毛重:酸解液体积)为1:5的条件下水解5个小时比较合适。羽毛粉中蛋白质的含量为85%,氨基氮的含量占总氮的39.4%,总氨基酸的含量为31.68%。本方法与单纯使用酸水解或高压水解法相比较,上述指标基本相似,但水解时间缩短,能源消费减少,故降低了生产成本。 The result indicate the method that combine low Pressure with diluent acid is available for hydrolysis of feather protein,The condition is 1.5kg/cm2 pressure and 4% HC1 as well as 1:5 bath radio ( feather weight : volume of acid sonution)for five hours. The content of protein existing in powdered feather is 85%, The amino nitrogen in total nitrogen is 39.4%, The tatal conten of amino acid is 31.68%. This method is more favourable than by way of acid hydrnly sis or high pressure hydrolysis. Above mentioned is similar, but the time is shorted, energy resourse consume decreased, therefore, produc tion cost cut down.
