提高绿豆有性杂交成功率的研究

Studies on Increasing the Successful Rate of Sexual Crossing in Green Gram

用三类熟期六个品种对绿豆的杂交成功率研究表明,授粉前一天16—17时去雄较授粉当天5时前去雄可极显著的提高交成功率;上午7—8时授粉的杂交成功率显著高于其它时间。不同熟期的品种用同一去雄授粉时间其结果基本一致。在杂交过程中还要注意去雄花蕾和采雄花蕾的选择。

In our experiment 3 kinds of different mature periods involved 6 varieties of green gram was studied to increase the successful rate of crossing. The result shows that castration at 16-17 on the day before Pollinating can significantly increase the successful rate of the crossing compared with time before a. m. 5 of the pollination day. The successful rate of the crossing with pollinating at a. m. 7-8 of the pollination day is more significant than that of other time. The results obtained by using the different experimental materials and the same castrating and pollinating mothed are on the whole the same. At the time attention should be paid to seleting the flower bud for castrating and collecting anther.
