摘要
平板培养基质中杀虫剂含量敌敌畏420~3200ppm、三氯除虫菊酯63~500ppm、辛硫磷200~1000ppm、氧化乐果160~1600ppm、菊乐合酯100~1000ppm、甲氧DDT100~1000ppm对平菇菌丝的生长均有一定程度的抑制作用,其中平菇菌丝对三氯除虫菊酯最为敏感,250~500ppm为致死剂量。氧化乐果160ppm抑制性最弱。药剂拌料生料发菌试验结果表明:敌敌畏400ppm、800ppm、氧化乐果200ppm、菊东合酯125ppm和甲氧DDT125ppm及250ppm水溶液拌料,对平菇发菌无明显抑制作用,其中甲氧DDT125ppm溶液拌料有利于平菇菌丝在生料中生长。试验结果表明,在生料栽培中一些杀虫剂低剂量拌种防治害虫是可以考虑的,但高剂量则会产生抑制作用。
The effect of six pesticides on the growth dynamics of the mushroom Pleurotus os-treatus were studied.Dichlovos 400-3200 ppm, Trichlormethrin’ 63 -500 ppm, Phexim 200-1000 ppm,Omethoate 160-1600 ppm, ’Julehezhi’ 100-10C0 ppm and ’Methylo-DDt’ 100-1000 ppm in the PDA medium inhibited the mycelial growth of the mushroom differently,but Dichlovos 400 ppm, 800 ppm,Omethoate 200 00m, ’Julehezhi’ 125 ppm and ’Methylo-DDT’ 125 ppm,250 ppm solutions added in the cultivated medium of raw cotten seed coat separately showed that no adverse effect on spawn-run of the mushroom. Among them ’Methylo-DDT’ 125 ppm seemed able to increase the mycelial growth. The resaults of the studies showed that adding selected pesticide with suitable dosages in raw material medium was available to control the pests.
