铬—铝结合改良法鞣制陈年兔皮工艺

The Tanning Technology of Old Rabbit-Skin by Cr-Al Combined Improving Method

作者在传统工艺的基础上,探讨了鞣制陈年兔皮的工艺,提出了铬—铝结合改良法。结果提示:放置7年以内的兔皮,采用该法可获得较好的鞣制效果,其关键性环节有两个:一是浸水揭里,3年兔皮以浸水5～12小时揭里为佳,7年兔皮以12～18小时为佳;二是浸酸鞣制,多次加联合酸较一次加单一酸可获得更为满意的效果。

On the basis of traditional technology, the author approached the tanning technology of old rabbit-skin,and advanced the improving method of Cr-Al combination. The result showed that using this method to tan rabbit-skin being layed up within 7 yers will get a better tanning effect. There are two key links in using this method. One is to soak the skin in the water and taking off the inner skin. It is better to take off the inner skin of the 3 years old rabbit-skin soaked in water for 5-12 hours, and that of the seven years old rabbit-skin soaked in water for 12-18 hours. Another is tanning after acid-soaked. Adding combined acid for many times will get a more satisfactory result than adding single-acid once.
