摘要
通过对自1961年以来,不同年代育成并广泛利用的10个玉米骨干自交系产量组成性状配合力的研究,结果表明:穗行数、穗粗、出籽率和百粒重等性状以基因的加性效应为主导,而穗长、行粒数和单株产量的基因非加性效应具有较重要的作用;近期育成的自交系各产量组成性状及单株籽粒产量的GCA比早期自交系要高,特别是单株产量以及穗粗、穗行数GCA的改良趋势最明显,改良效果最显著。
Combining ability of yield compoments in corn inbreeding lines used widely in china over different eras since 1961 . The results suggested that ,1. In combining ability variance analysis ,GCA and SCA of most trats were significant. 2. Every trait ,except for kernels per row and grain yield per plant ,was 2σ2GCA>σ2SCA. It suggested that additive action was more important among these traits . 3. GCA and SCA of grain yield per plant and yield components in corn inbreeding lines have been improved from 1961 to 1989.
