摘要
采用醋酸纤维薄膜电泳法对15只剩湖（7♂8♀）血清蛋白进行了电泳分析。结果表明：刺猬血清蛋白电泳图谱和各组分含量存在性别差异。部分雄性刺猬血清蛋白电泳图谱出现5～6条电泳区带，说明在β－球蛋白存在有多态现象。
Serum samples from the 15 hedgehoges (Erznaceus europaeus) (♂7, ♀8) were sepqrated by acetic cellulose membrane electrophoresis. The results showed that,The serum albumen was observed 5~6 electrophoretic patterns on the acetlc cellulose membrance, The polymorphism of β-globulin was found in male,The content of every protein component was different between male and fcmale.
