To Carry Foward the Agricultural Industrialization by Science and Technology

科技在农业进入产业化阶段起着依托和支撑作用。从重视农业科技作用、重视农业科技成果转化、加强农业科技培训、增加农业业科技投入、增加农业科技储备、健全农业科技推广体系等六个方面，论述了依靠科技进步，推进农业产业化进程的理论基础和实施模式。

Science and technology play a reliable and supportable role in the stage of industrialization for agriculture. The paper expounds the theoretical basis and executiue model of carrying forward the process of agricultural industrialization by relying on the progress of science and technology, from the following six aspects: attaching importance to effect of agricultural science and technology and to the transformation of the achievements of them,strengthening the training of members for agricultural science and technology, increasing the input and storage of agricrltural science and technology,and perfrcting the popularized system of them.
