新型固体饮料的研制

摘要 新型固体饮料以酯化淀粉,甜味剂、酸味剂、发泡剂等为原料,选用6种不同的加工方法及不同品种观察实验结果.选出最佳加工方法及条件。该饮料为成型固体,即冲即饮美观可口。 The author took esterize starch,sweet additive. acidity additive and foaming agent as raw material in processing new solidified drink. Different addives and six kinds of process- ing methods were chosen to be used. According to the experiment result,the best processing technology and parameter were selected. This drink is in solid form,being rinsed and drunk at once,pleasing to the eye and dilicious.
