摘要
研制成功了齐格勒型碳五馏分均相加氢催化剂,该催化剂用量少,活性好,烯烃转化率高,反应条件缓和.最佳反应条件为:催化剂浓度200×10-6~400×10-6,温度60~80℃,压力0.8~1.0MPa.加氢后碳五馏分组成简化,易分离,得到三种纯度均大于95%的戊烷产品.提出了工业化工艺流程.
A Ziegler - type catalyst for the homogeneous hydrogenation of C5 fractions has been developed. It has been discovered that the cativity and the yield of hydrogenation were higher and the reaction conditions were more temperate than heterogeneous catalytic hydrogenation under a tiny amount of the catalyst. The most favoured reaction conditions were that the concentration of the catalyst was (200~400) ×10-6, the temperature was 60~ 80℃, and the pressure was 0. 8~ 1. 0MPa. The hydrogenated C5 fractions was easy to be seperated, and from it, three pentanes products bas been obtaoned with the purity over 95 %.The technological process of hydrogenation and seperation of C5 had been advanced.
