摘要
用从二羧酸中分离出的戊二酸和异辛醇为原料酯化合成了戊二酸二异辛酯.对其进行了元素分析、红外光谱、核磁共振光谱、色-质联用分析,确定是目的产物,测定了产物的一些性能指标,并将其作为增塑剂,应用于PVC电缆外护套中,表明戊二酸二异辛酯的低温效果好于DOA,其他指标与DOA相近.
The diisooctyl glutarate was preparated by esterification of isooctyl alcohol and glutaric acid seperated from dicarboxylic acid, determined for the desired substance by the analyses of element, infrared spectrum, nuclear magnetic resonance spectrum and gas chromatographic - mass spectscopy. Some performance indications of diisooctyl glutarate were tested. The diisooctyl glutarate was added to the external guard set of PVC cable as plasticizer. The results show that the lower temperature efficacy of the diisooctyl glutarate is better than the diisooctyl adipate, and the other peformances of diisooctyl glutarate is correspond to that of the diisooctyl adipate.
