大前庭水管综合征前庭水管区MRI T_2WI影像学特征 被引量:3

摘要 目的:对大前庭水管综合征(Large vestibular aqueduct syndrome,LVAS)患者前庭水管区MRI T2WI影像学特征进行分析。方法:2011年1月—2013年12月在我院门诊行颞骨CT及颅脑MRI检查确诊为LVAS患者共150例,297耳,对上述患者的前庭水管区MRI T2WI影像学特征进行分析。结果 :根据前庭水管区T2WI影像信号特征,将内淋巴管及内淋巴囊区分为Ⅰ型、Ⅱ型两种类型。Ⅰ型为内淋巴管和内淋巴囊区均为低信号,约占10.8%;Ⅱ型为内淋巴管及内淋巴囊区由高信号区及低信号区构成,约占89.2%。结论:LVAS患者前庭水管区MRI T2WI像,有不同的影像学特征。 Objective: Analyze vestibular aqueduct MRI T2 WI features of a group of patients affected with large vestibular aqueduct syndrome(LVAS). Methods: From Jan. 2011 to Dec. 2013, 150 patients affected LVAS had been diagnosed by means of temporal bone CT and brain MRI in our hospital. We analyzed MRI T2 WI features of vestibular aqueduct area in all297 ears. Results: Based on vestibular aqueduct T2 WI features, endolymphatic duct and endolymphatic sac were divided into2 types. Among all endolymphatic ducts and endolymphatic sacs, 10.8% were type Ⅰ with only hypointensity, while the rest89.2% were type Ⅱ with both hypointensity and hyperintensity. Conclusion: There are different imaging features in vestibular aqueduct on MRI T2 WI for LVAS.
