鼻腔球周皮细胞瘤1例 被引量：3

Nasal glomangiopericytoma: report of one case

摘要 病例男,60岁,主因'右鼻反复出血4月余',以'鼻腔肿物(右)'收住入院。专科检查:外鼻无畸形,右侧鼻腔见暗红色新生物,质脆,表面不光滑。CT检查示:右侧中下鼻道内软组织肿块影,边界尚清,形态不规则,周围骨质受压变薄(图1)。行鼻内镜鼻腔肿物切除术后,病检示:瘤组织由增生的小血管及周围的上皮样细胞构成,间质透明变性及粘液样变,免疫组化瘤细胞Calponin、Vimtin、CD138、CD38阳性.
