摘要 动态对比增强磁共振成像(Dynamic contrast enhancement magnetic resonance imaging,DCE-MRI),作为一种新兴的磁共振成像技术在临床及科研工作中受到越来越多的关注。这种技术突破了既往常规磁共振成像仅局限于对病变形态的分析,通过定量或半定量分析及相应药代动力学模型的应用,能够在微循环层面上分析病变的微观情况,从而提供更为全面的诊断信息。随着研究的深入,DCE-MRI将在临床及科研中发挥更大的作用。 Dynamic contrast enhancement magnetic resonance imaging(DCE-MRI) has received more and more attention in clinical and scientific work, as a new technology of MRI. This new technology makes a breakthrough of the limitation of traditional MRI which just focuses on morphologies of lesions, and analyses microscopic conditions of lesions with quantitative analysis or semi quantitative analysis and with the application of corresponding pharmacokinetics model, and provide more comprehensive diagnosis messages. With the progress of the research, DCE-MRI will make more contribution to clinical and scientific work.
