摘要 针对柳钢高炉使用的炭捣料因导热性能差而影响冷却系统效能的技术难题,研发了一种新型高导热炭捣料。介绍该炭捣料在~200℃的低温使用条件下的导热性能和微膨胀性。新研制的炭捣料导热性能与高炉炉衬炭素材料相匹配,并与相邻材料紧密接触。 Against the technical problem that bad heat conductivity of tamped charcoal material used for blast furnace influences the system efficiency greatly, a new high-heat conductivity tamped material were developed. The heat conductivity and micro-expandability of this material under the low temperature of ~200℃ were introduced. And this heat conductivity can be matched with the carbon material of blast furnace lining and closed with its adjacent material.
