太原一电厂16号机组主蒸汽管噪声分析

太原一电厂 1 6号机组蒸汽管有一局部运行噪声达 1 1 6d B,严重超标。蒸汽气流的运动会产生声波 ,在有干扰的情况下蒸汽气流会加速 ,同时声波也会增强。短距离内的连续的干扰 ,会使气流加速再加速 ,声波的能级大大加强 ,因此产生较大噪声。

There are noises while the part of main steam tube in operation of Taiyuan NO.1 power station unit 16.The noise has reached 116 dB being seriously surpassed the standard.The steam flow is moving with the sound wave happened.In the case of disturbing,the steam flow is quickened its advance so sound wave is strengthened too.Link up the two disturbing in short distance,the flow is quikened and quickened.So the sound wave is greatly strengthened in energy level,therefore the noise happened enormously.
