Design and Implementation of Information Management System for Primary and Secondary School Teachers' All-employee Training

随着计算机与网络技术的飞速发展,利用新的技术手段管理中小学教师培训信息已经成为各级教育管理部门的迫切需要,然而有关教师继续教育信息化管理的研究国内也未见报道,为解决这一当地教育行政部门面临的问题,我院组织力量进行软件研制,并在获泸州市科学技术局批准立项后立即着手系统的开发设计工作,于2005年9月完成研发并推广应用至泸州市各级教育机构的1000余单位,取得了良好的效果,填补了国内该领域的空白,达到了国内领先水平。

along with the fast development of computer and network technique, it has already been all levels education supervisors' urgent needs to make use of new technical measures to manage the training information of primary and secondary school teachers. But there are no studies on information man agement of teachers' further education being reported. In order to settlethis problem which education supervisor faces, our college organized forces to develop related software after the item authorized by Lu Zhou City's Technology Bureau. The item completed in Sep. 2005, and has been generalized in more than 1000 education institutions in Lu Zhou City. The item obtained favorable effect and filled up domestic blank in this field, and also achieved domestic leading level.
