摘要
本文针对目前我国中小企业在人才观念、人才选用与开发策略方面存在的问题,提出了树立科学的人才观念、变革中小企业人才选用策略,调整中小企业人才开发策略的对策。
In accordance with the problems concerning concept of talented persons and the development strategies to select talents in medium and small-sized enterprises, the paper holds that scientific qualified personnel concept should beestablished,strategiesof selecting talents should be reconsidered and development strategies ought to be adjusted.
