摘要
有效的检测电气设备的绝缘性能是保证现有电力设备安全的重要保证,是电力系统可靠供电的前提。本文从硬件、软件及运行方式等方面介绍了一种新型的基于可编程控制器(PLC)的交流耐压测试系统的设计与实现,这种交流耐压测试系统不但克服了传统系统安全性差的问题,而且能提供了更多的运行方式解决了远方计算机通信的功能,为实现绝缘事故预测提供更为有利方法。
Effective test of insulating property of electric accessory guarantees the safety of present power equipment and the reliable supply of power. The paper introduces the design and practice of a new alternating withstand voltage test system on the basis of PLC in terms of hardware, software and mode of operation. The new system overcomes the poor safety properties of the traditional ones, provides more operation modes, strengthens the functions of distant computer communication and gives a better approach to predict insulating problems.
