On the Quality of New Types of Primary English Teachers

现今我国正在大力推行素质教育,而学校推行素质教育的最直接的实施者是教师,但目前有部分教师自身素质存在滞后现象,他们的思想、学识和能力直接影响了教育素质的效果,因而教师自身素质的培养必须提到日程上来。

Our country has already paid much attention to develop the quality education and the teacher is the key implementer for it. Butcurrently some teacher’s quality still cannot catch up with the development. Their thought, knowledge and quality directly affect the effectiveness of the education so that the training for teachers must be highly improved as soon as possible.
