摘要
随着新形势下教学改革对新教师的素质要求,"说课"成为高职院校培养学生综合运用所学专业理论知识和教学技能来解决实际问题,增强教学基本功的一条简捷、有效的途径。探索行之有效的说课训练策略,对师范类学生进行说课训练和指导,让说课成为高职师范类学生的一项职业技能势在必行。
As a part of requirements of teaching reform to the new teachers,'Talking about Teaching'has become a brief and effective approach to apply their professional knowledge and teaching skills to solve practical problems and strengthen their basic teaching skills. Thus it is absolutely necess ary for us to explore some effective training strategies to guide and train normal students.
