试论中学校本培训分层实施策略

摘要 中学校本培训分层实施,以能否较好自主开展校本培训为依据,将中学分为"自主型学校"和"非自主型学校"两大类。根据不同类型学校的特点和需求,提出"自主型学校"在开展校本培训时,培训内容以教育教学理论为主,培训形式以教育科研为主,培训资源以学校自身的优质师资为主,将教学、培训和科研有机地融为一体的实施策略;"非自主型学校"在开展校本培训时,培训内容涵盖作为教师所需的四类知识:"本体性知识"、"条件性知识"、"实践性知识"和"文化知识",培训形式以专题培训为主,培训资源主要以校外资源为主,具体培训时间由学校"统一规划,统一安排"的实施策略。 Middle school-based training can be divided into two types: autonomous and non-autonomous. Autonomous schools teach teaching and education theories basically by means of educational scientific research work making use of its own qualified teachers as training sources. Teaching, training and research work are organically combined. In non-autonomous schools, training content constitutes four sorts of knowledge: subject-involved, conditional, practical and cultural. Topic training will be the main form and the training sources come from outside the school. Training time will be arranged under the overall planning of the school.
