摘要
1986年,我国正式以法律形式确定"国家实行九年义务教育",至2007年"普及九年义务教育"地区人口覆盖率达到98%!新时代提出了"城乡教育均衡发展"的新要求。在农村小学占80%比重的贫困山区,基础教育的不均衡,已经不再突出表现为教学设施等硬件资源配置问题,而是突出地体现为教师数量不足、专业素养不高、队伍不稳定的软件资源配置问题,产生了农民教育需求与合格教师数量配置的突出矛盾,以及山区小学教学实际需求与初等教育人才培养专业结构的矛盾,山里孩子有书读了却没能读好书。因此,必须以创新思维寻求贫困山区小学教师队伍建设的途径。
In 1986,our country by the legal form determined officially'the country implements nine year compulsory educations','popularizes nine year compulsory educations'to 2007 the local population coverage fraction to achieve 99%! The new times proposed'the city and countryside education balanced development'new request.Accounts for 80% proportion in the countryside elementary school the impoverished mountainous area,the elementary education is imbalanced,already no longer prominent performance for hardware resources disposition questions and so on teaching facility,but is manifests prominently for the teacher quantity insufficiency,the specialized accom plishment not high,the troop unstable software resources disposition question,produced the farmer to educate the demand and the qualified teacher quantity disposition prominent contradiction,as well as the mountainous area elementary school teaching actual demand and the primary education personnel training specialized structure contradiction,in the mountain the child had the book to read finished has been able to read the book.Therefore,must innovate the thought to seek the way which the impoverished mountainous area elementary school teacher troop constructs.
