摘要
成熟成功的高职院校内部管理模式都是能将办学历史、地域特征和现实条件密切结合的。高职院校要形成个性化的内部管理模式,就必须树立共同愿景;不断改善办学条件;持续进行管理整合改革;不断提高管理服务水平;以内涵建设为载体,专业建设为龙头,课程建设为抓手,抓住队伍建设关键,通过管理创新建立长效管理机制,不断改进管理效能。
Mature and successful vocational college internal management reform models are usually closely combined result of institution history, regional features and practical conditions. To develop personalization management model, a vocational college is supposed to establish a common desire, continuallyimprove institution’s condition,carryout management integration reform and consistently improve management and service level. Management efficiency will be improved through implementation of management innovation to establish a long-term effective management mechanism, connotation construction, specialty construction and curriculum construction.
