摘要
高职毕业生是职教三年人才培养的产品,他们在职场人才竞争中的现实表现,就是市场对高职教学质量的鉴定。高职毕业生对自身资源开发的角色认知与熟练水平是其要害与关键。从求职过程透视高职毕业生的角色意识,有利于审视高职育人机制中存在的问题,有助于高职课程改革的深化与高职学生的潜能开发,为高职办学质量的提升提供现实依据。
How the vocational college graduates behave in the competitive market determines the teaching results of vocational colleges. The key point is graduates’awareness of their own resources and professional skills. The studying of graduates’role awareness in their course of job seeking is helpful for the existing problems in the vocational education, beneficial for course reform and development of students’potentials, which will provide some practical basis for the promotion of teaching quality.
